My Heart All Aglow

My heart is abuzz 

I might just rest here for a while

I might walk, talk, or go about my day, right here in my heart

I see the river in my minds' eye

But it is my heart that says to me:

"Listen and spread this heart to all your body

And let it heal"

Remember the stars on the longest night, or any night,

That they shine from within

As one from me to you

My heart is abuzz

It does heal as I feel it move throughout my body

My mood

Puts a slight smile on my face

It's the glimmering river that runs along the Earth

Where I feel connection and Love

When I press my face upon the tree, there it is too

All aglow I am

And now the big smile too

When I think of you

And now my smile and heart glow in unison

With your hands on my shoulders from my minds' eye

You turn and kiss me and touch my face

And look in my eyes

Rubbing noses

Remembering

That though this body we may leave

I am here for you always

And forever

Feel your heart, all aglow, for the magic in the air

And the permanence in the ground

Though it wash away

That which is the rain is the same as your face

The same as the stars

And that which seems so far away

Is right within your breath

And heart all ah buzzingly aglow
